JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years experience in the F&B and hospitality industry, of which at least 2 years must be in a supervisory or management role
Degree/Diploma in Culinary, hospitality management, accountancy or business administration is preferred but not a pre-requisite
Candidate must have high integrity and good work practice – must produce at least 2 referees for reference
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
