JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Purpose:
Responsible to manage the coffee machine and coffee counter, cashier machine and taking orders correctly, keeping the counter clean and neat all time, update the coffee counter stock, machine and issues if any to Manager to ensure compliance with the outlet system requirement, mitigating management system exposure and finding avenues for continual improvement of the outlet to ensure its effectiveness, completeness, efficiencies & compliances for continual process improvement.
Responsibility
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
• Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks
• Preparing and serving food items such as toast, waffle, sandwiches and pastries
• Answering customers’ questions about menu choices
• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Taking payment from customers
• Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups
• Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
• Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary, wiping of the glass door and organized
• Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
• Attracting new customers by promoting at the front house on routine basis
• Taking photo of the coffee machine and front outlet after closing and upload in the WA group
• To update the checklist after the closing and get the manager to verify.
• Cleaning of the outlet time to time based on schedule.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management Team.
