COMMITMENTS OF A RECRUITMENT PARTNER

1. To source suitable candidates based on requirements provided, coordinate with us on scheduling interviews for said candidates and ensuring the candidates arrive on time if hired.

2. To observe a 3 Month replacement period for candidates that run away or are fired for bad discipline (documented evidence of bad discipline to be provided by employer)

3. To bear 50% of the busfare or flight fare for a replacement candidate whenever a replacement is required. (The other 50% will be borne by us).

WORKFLOW

1. We will send you a Batch Requirement when a customer has a requirement - for example: 4 waiters, 2 bartenders, and 3 Kitchen Crew are required.

2. You will then immediately begin to share a pre-prepared message and picture on your social media and messaging apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc) and word of mouth to your contacts about the requirements, job benefits and terms.

3. Gather a list of as many interested parties as possible, all of which a basic profile needs to be collected from - this is automated, you will just need to get each candidate to register them self at a online form (a link will be provided to you), once they have registered you will receive their profile in an email.

4. You will then need to compile the number of required profiles that meet the requirement of the client and send them to us to share with the client. (as per the example above - 3 waiters, 2 bartenders, and 3 kitchen crew, probably best to compile 1 extra for all positions in case of rejection by client)

5. We will then share these profiles with the client and coordinate with you and the client on which day we can arrange for the video call or face-to-face interviews to be carried our.

6. For accepted candidates after being interviewed by the client, the client will be instructed to book the flight or bus tickets (candidates must be prepared to travel any day after the interview date). Once tickets are booked we will send them to you to ensure they board the flight or bus, and we will receive the candidates with the client at the airport or bus terminal. For any candidate that does not board the flight or Bus, we will need to provide a replacement and bear the flight or bus ticket cost on a 50/50 basis.

7. Get paid up to RM700 per person. Send us the list of hired candidates that departed the airport/bus terminal, we'll cross check with those who arrived and reported to us/the employer. You will be paid for each candidate that arrived and reported for work with the Employer.
