The Outlet Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet while maintaining exceptional customer service, high-quality food standards, and a positive work environment. The Outlet Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Korean cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise all restaurant staff.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and promote professional development.
Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Service:
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Train staff to provide in-depth knowledge of the menu and assist with recommendations.
Maintain a welcoming and courteous atmosphere for all guests.
Operations Management:
Ensure the outlet is fully stocked with necessary supplies, including food, beverages, and operational equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Implement and uphold hygiene and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation.
Financial Management:
Monitor daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and cash handling.
Control operating costs, labor costs, and other overheads to maintain profitability.
