JOB REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ IN DETAIL!)
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be Malaysian only
2. Male or Female are accepted
3. Preferred age between 21 and 40 years old
4. Must be able to work in an environment where the company outlets serves ALCOHOL & PORK
5. Must have at least 4 years experience as a F&B Operations or Stock/Cost Manager
6. Must speak fluent English
7. Must NOT have any Police, Court or Criminal records or Convictions. Please be honest as we will conduct checks with the Police Department.
8. Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (including booster shot)
JOB SCOPE
1) Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage cost
2) Control the outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage & efficiency
3) Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage. Communicating with relevant
person in charge
4) Update and maintain receipts into the systems
5) Check and verify voids in the POS systems
6) Check and verify discounts in the POS systems
7) Check and verify all complimentary sales in POS systems
8) Check and verify all staff meals and staff discounts
9) Check and verify all settlements done in the POS system
10) Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the
company account. Bank in slips to tele with EOD report
11) Check the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure that the costs are within
budget
12) Check for actual Shortage both food and beverage items
13) Continuously study weaknesses in FNB control implemented at the outlets
and provide suggestions for improvement
14) Responsible for preparing weekly FNB report and distribute to management
15) Responsible for surprise spot checks at all outlets and report the findings
16) Prepare the weekly and monthly cost report in relation to cost of sales
17) Participate in stock taking at the outlet
18) Spot check on the receiving outlet to ensure that the scales are correct &
goods are checked for quality
19) Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without
requisition or approval from the department head
20) Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe
21) Coordinate with outlet management and finance to sort out issues pertaining
to FNB
22) Extract information from POS and update in BOM system. To ensure outlet
report tally with system
23) Set a par level for each outlet in ordering from CK. To approve any outlet
orders after checking orders are sufficient for business
24) Any other tasks as and when required by the management. If not sure about
the other task given ask them to show or guide on how to get it done
