CHEF'S APPRENTICE
for culinary school fresh graduates
A hands-on, six-month apprenticeship with one of the most exclusive Italian fine dining establishments in Malaysia, recognised for creative, high quality cuisine.
You will be expected to hit the ground running and be guided to contribute to the curation and execution of our seasonal table d'hôte menus, climbing a steep learning curve under demanding conditions to be offered a permanent position on the team.
Fluent English is required, as is a passion for creation, a discerning palate, tireless dedication, and laser focus on precision and execution.
